Well dang she sure didn't rush to go get the money out of her account to return it, she kept it,.. but couldn't accept gifts and was robbed of her routing # geeeeesh🥴
The defendant is a LYING LIAR, as Trey Parker and Matt Stone might refer to her in one of their South Park episodes. She's unfit to lead people out of the depths of parole when she's got her own personal issues to deal with. Good counseling on your part, Judge - the defendant needed to hear it. ❤
I wonder how many other probation clients the defendant got "loans from" and never paid them back. I hope her superiors evaluate her performances at work.
So the defendant knows she owes but would risk losing her job coming on national tv to be sued for taking money from one of her clients. IFFFFF it happened the way she said ehy she didnt just give it right on back 🤔
She wouldn’t accept stationery from the plaintiff but she for damn sure accepted that $500! She would’ve returned it immediately if that was the case …
The Plaintiff's record is 3rd dui not theft or stalker. Defendant is lying about her unprofessional behavior. Where is the $ then. Did the Defendant spend it. The Defendants testimony stinks BIG time
A long time ago I had to do a wk for missing traffic court anyway there was this young lady in there maybe 16…I asked her what she was in for cus she was so young…she said her cousin called her asked her did she want to go over another girl house to hang out she said yea…all along her cousin was going to fight this girl went to the young lady house…caught her outside &nd stabbed her ending her life…since she was with her she was being charged with the same crime as her cousin…
If somebody forced some money onto you and you was pissed about it and they stole your information to give you this money that you didn't need or ask for technically it shouldn't be spent and you should be able to give it right back...
The testimony of the Defendant does not make sense. How she got her bank info to do a secret deposit- stole deposit slip in her desk or purse in her office. Then she didnt turn her in the her probation officers or the Police. That dont sound right at all. Its sounds like she is lying to cover up unprofessional behavior. Or the Plaintiff has behavior like a stocker and Defendant handled it wrong by not turning it in.
Defendant talking bout “it wasn’t her first dui neither “ It wasn’t her first dui when u borrowed that money tho … trying so hard to discredit the plaintiff but none of that mattered when u needed that money u broke 🤡🤡 … hope she got fired becuz this definetly gotta be against the rules
The defendant is PITIFUL, she needs a probation officer!
The defendant looks like the super nanny
Omg she sure does.😢
Lol😂🤣🤣👍🏿
Super Thief 😂😂😂
Y’all don’t do Jo like that!!😂😂😂
😂🤣🤣🤣😂
The defendant asked for the money. It’s illegal to accept any gifts from your paroles.
You don't accept gifts but you needed a loan to save your home 🤔
Hmmmmmmmm🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I hate when I leave my routing number sitting around at work. It never seems to work out for me😂😂😂
lol
6:32 so why did you accept the money??????
Right!? 😂😂
Worst story i ever heard, the defendant is aweful 😂
No bobbit didn’t try she did!😂😂😂😂
Well that is some story she told. LOL
A probation counselor is a liar.....a disgrace!!!
I hope she was sober enough to report this to the defendant's superiors.
30 days for her third dui?!? That’s ridiculous
This was really pitiful I hope that so called probation officer gets help real soon 🙏
The title of this one got my attention
She came up with a decorative lie
The woman was traumatized by her 30 days in jail so she'll turn around and snoop and steal to go to jail again???? Yeah right!!!
That was a fantastical “defense” by the defendant. 💀💀
Jm has a beautiful smile i wish he use it more instead off getting mad ❤

$964 thats almost thousand. The Defendant should be ashamed to taking that $ and not paying it back.
So, she did it and told her she did it. Did she give it back? Obviously, not….
I'm here My Beloved Favorite Judge ***ASHAY ***
With all the defendant said about her, she received money, it seems.
She wouldn’t accept stationery from the plaintiff but she for damn sure accepted that $500! She would’ve returned it immediately if that was the case …
The defendant tried to discredit the plaintiff…all that talk. But, did you take money from this horrible person??🤔
