- Let's Learn Something: Project no.18
Good day guys :)
Today I will show to you how I make this Stove using a rice hulls as a combustible material and I used 1.1mm galvanized sheet.
Plan will be posted on my patreon tomorrow.

The flammable smoke of burning rice hulls gives this stove continual flame. Great idea and make! ♥
Thanks bro :)
Romy Nacido ☆ I was wondering what he was scooping from the bag into the stove! TYVM!
Maybe sawdust would work, too?
(we don't have rice hulls here in the USA)
@@user-mp3eq6ir5b here in New Zealand we have oat hulls as a replacement and the work just as good
Magkano boss san location mo
I thought it was wood chip peels kwkwkw
Wow , sure do wish you were my shop teacher in high school!!!! I learned more by watching you with simple shop tools and homemade tools than I learned in 10 months of the bullcrap and tests during class in the 1980's. Thank-you young man, you have some real talent , keep up the good work and do not worry about the lazy haters. 👍 👍 🇨🇦

Very very good innovation. Its a great help especially to the rice farmers. I congratulate you!
Hvv,a.
Good job.
You could place a drawer at the bottom, having made the bottom slightly convex. Conical, to collect the ashes
... I love people who think outside the box and make their own ideas, continue with what you do, you are good bro! :)
How much po ipa stove
thank you for sharing the idea that others tend to keep for own benifit.Godbless you sir
Puwede bang makabili niyanrice stove Bro. Magkano at saan location mo?
Do you sell your ipa stove?
Great. No need to make saw dust pellets, you can burn saw dust directly. Good job.
Felicitaciones maestro x compartir tu trabajo , saludos desde SICUANI Cusco Perú 🇵🇪
Pabili nga po boss
This stove is smokeless. Respect.
Amazing. Keep making stuff and your subscribers will go through the roof.
Just remember your early friends when you’re successful,
What Jebus said.
You have a good design for developing countries. In the west you would have problems with safety of heating galvanized plate.
Build yourself a spot welder 😉
And a fume extractor for your welding.
you're right. The fumes from heating galv are deadly. I've watched several of this type of video (this being one of the very best) and most don't really make an issue of.
Wow ang galing yung ginawa mo gagawing ko hi tech mabilis at maganda apoy
Very good. I was looking for a detailed and instructive montage video. Thank you!
You got a great stove. A beautiful futuristic stove! !
Thanks bro :)
Magkano po

Thanks for unselfishness, God bless.
i wanna build the sheet metal cutter, so I can then build the rocket stove, so I can then heat my shop, and I can then do other cool stuff in the winter.
Ganda.... Imbes na blower yong hangin dadaan sa ilalim mas mabilis umapoy at mag luto.
Very nice! Thanks for sharing your talent!
You can substitute shredded tumbleweeds for rice husks in the United States..
I Like ANYTHING with "Rocket" in the Title!
Wow, what skills don't you have?!
Respect.
nice..! ngayn kolng nakita to.. kht pagawa ang vilis robot na gumagawa haha!
Thanks for sharing your invention,
Maganda yan lalo na ngayon ang mahal ng gas
very good content, like this forced me to subscribe
ganyan din gamit namin at katabi pa namin rice milling
try making a vortex by changing the positions of air intake tubes
Angas naman sir.. Tipid sa gatong, kaya lang walang apa ng palay samin. Gawa ka naman ng pang kahoy sir.
Can you explain the burning process. When outside the combustion chamber Chaff filled how much. Then the husk that enters the combustion chamber is what percentage (%). How long does it take for the process to become a maximum fire ready for cooking(°C).

Maganda nga sana., kaso matrabaho gawin kpg idi-DIY mo..
For Outdoor use only. Safety first' Nice work.
Nice I like it
Thank you 🚹!
Thank you for sharing!
Excelente trabajo gracias por compartir tus conocimientos
Thanks bro :)
Amigo Manuel que material usa ese pana para generar la llama? Disculpe es que no se me hace parecido a nada?
@@letslearnsomething30 will u please send me measurement on my messenger of the cone(inner /outer diameter) and height, diameter od main cylinder and height. i will try to fabricate .thanks in advance
Hello, I can't understand clearly how to do it and how it works. Can you explain it? or how it works? Please
Wikipedia is your friend. Also many videos on youtube explaining how a rocket stove works.
The white stuff around it pours down to fuel the flame in the center. The ash ends up at the bottom.
The design is flawed since he have to bang on the stove to make the fuel fall down. And when fired up it's hard to stop the flame. No way to remove the fuel. But at least it works.
Thanks, I found some info in Wikipedia. I hope it helps me to understand this stove. Thanks again
Great and nice work
Pls. Po, how could I aquire plan for this " rice hill stove", this a must for every house hold , for this rising pri ce of fuel...
Saludos desde Colombia, felicitaciones por tu trabajo. Podría por favor explicarme onde encuentro los planos...?
Please demonstrate how to cook rice.
It was very nice but the problem is he did not show us how to quench the fire properly after using. Maybe it has to be loaded with that fuel little by little to sustain just enough fire needed for cooking.
People who have haters is stupid person

Was the steel galvanised/zinc plated? If so it is very dangerous to health to weld it. I do hope it was not, as your videos are very clever.
Genius k boy God bless you
JOLIEEEEEEE
I don't know why they r put stove hight too much!
A....for awesome effort👍
Reminds me of the Lucia stove
Чувак! Да мы с тобой коллеги!!!
very impressive work
I wonder how it would go burning saw dust
What other fuels work with it? Corn cob, twigs, wood chips, sawdust?
yes that will work as well
Great work..do you have measurements every part of the stove?:)
What are you using for the combustible material?? Great design!
Rice hulls bro
@@letslearnsomething30 nagbebenta ka niyan bro?
Good work
Truly great design, but you cannot put out the fire once you start it with all those pellets...
Estimate the fuel u need for cooking bro
Ummm a lid and a sliding cover for the air intake would work just fine
@@dlayman101 😍👏👏
Very nice stove design. Love it, especially the fuel feed. But why call it a rocket stove? Is it really that, according to the original rocket-stove principles drawn up with a lot of field research and testing by Larry Winiarski - for the L-rocket form - and Ianto Evans - for the J-rocket form? Your stove is still a good, interesting design, though, and works well. Always be cautious using galvanised steel, though. Take care to burn off the zinc coating really well before getting too near it: noxious fumes are given off until it's well burned clean. Better to use uncoated mild steel, or better still stainless, That's what I always use. Really nice idea all the same!
sarap nyan mag pakulo ng ng butobuto bulalo hahaha
Nice project bro. Marami adin gumagamit ng ganyan lalo na sa baryo namin date.
Thanks bro :)

Very informative. Do you sell those rocket stove.?
Maganda yang naimbento nyo sir matipid
Does it produce a lot of tar ? Flame is red not blue?
Pde ba dyan gamiting gatong yung kusot na pinaglagarian ng kahoy
Bang bikinin cara buat serbuk dari daun kering dong. Karena daun kering lebih banyak tersedia dibanding sekam padi dan belum dimanfaatkan.
I like your work thanks for sharing..btw, does it leave carbon on the pots?
if the flame is yellowish, it definitely leaves carbon because yellow flame has soot or unburnt carbon
Waw!! Nice work
молодец. все ролики класные
It's great work, i like to make it if possible please send me a measurement of the each parts, thanks
Bhaiya chulha bahut best banaya lekin banane ka proses nahi samjh paya ye chulha kaha milegi
how many letters is there in the kettle, sir?
Nice! Need nalang improve yung sa ash, like catch basin.
That's not iron it's steel, and welding anything galvanized without proper fume extraction and the correct respirator is foolish. Welding galv emits toxic gasses.
Custom Haines you right , man. But as I see he did it in open garage . He makes small dots , so there is no toxic smoke at all. But if he would iron someting bigger, he must use respirator. I think he realize it very soon)
Stitch welding or not makes no difference, burning galv releases poison gas. He may be getting small amounts on any one job but it still does damage and the effect is cumulative.
Custom Haines ☆ ProTip!
The Antidote for "Zinc Sick" is Milk!
The Calcium trades places with the Zinc, which "chelates" out into your Urine.
Also, "Tums" or generic Calcium Antacid.
Custom Haines ☆ Hold Your Breath!
Good Practice on any Welding Job.
Saves your Filter, too!
Been there, still doing that.
