He gave his loyalty to this club and nobody cared to reach out to him except to get the colors back, smh. Making that man reapply after he had several surgeries is a slap in the face. I feel horrible for him. They should be ashamed.

What the plaintiff didn't know was that he hurt his club reputation more by wanting those patches back then wanted to know about the well-being of his club mate.

No remorse at all. My Husband is part of a Nigerian Fraternity and they have a pretty active NY/NJ/PA chapter, when I tell you they are like real brothers. Pampers, wipes and cash when i had kids. They come to birthday parties, They call and check on each, they had have paid for funerals of members that didnt have life insurance. all on top of the charity they do outside the club. He never even said " sorry you sick brother" i can hear the pain all in his voice.
That " club" is no brotherhood. You mean to tell me the man gets hurt, and you won't even check on him, but the only communication you have with him is give us back patches? Terrible
I'm a member of the NABSTMC Boston, Mass chapter. I have been a member for 10 years. The organization is huge but we are not perfect. Some things can slip through the fingers. I don't think we know the whole story here but one thing I do know is when a Boston Chapter member is down, We support him or her whether it be phone calls, hospital visits, bringing food or what have you. Boston does not play around with such issues. We are there to support our brothers and sisters when in need. There's no better feeling knowing that your club members have your back no matter what!!
Being a part of an organization myself (not like this) I would not want to be back in due to the fact that no one checked on him. Colors, emblems or logos are not more important than human beings!
He don't give a damn about that man he keep talking about them colors. I hope he gets back 100 percent and go where the people care about their members
Give them their stuff back and walk away... The heck with the colors and that organization... They are only concerned about the group and not its members... Ain't no brotherhood when they can't be brother's keeper...
Yea! This guy dream, is a nightmare as far as leadership 👎🏾 Power struggle leader! I've been around clubs for decades, been riding since i was a boy! I've started a Christian ✝️ bike club, I'd really love having a member like the brother being sued.
I learned more about how motorcycle riding clubs operate than i ever have before. Very informative information about something I didn't know or care about prior to this case. Hopefully the defendant makes a full recovery and gets back in this very prestigious club. It seemed as though it meant alot to him.
This gave me a bad feeling. This man is not a good leader. I’ve encountered people like him in my life. It’s all about the brand and it’s not about the people associated with the brand. I hope this man is now amongst people who are more caring and respectful.
Obviously the defendant values this organization more than the organization & members value him. The plaintiff wouldn't even accept accountability for his organization not even reaching out to the defendant while he was out sick. To me the plaintiff makes his organization look bad.
Brother, give them folks their patches and find you another MC. They don't give a damn about you! The mere fact they didn't check on you as a "Brother" of the MC, says a lot.
So once they get older or have a health issue and can no longer ride they cant be apart of the club..thats very silly because there are other positions in an organization that need people to work them
They'll never find a member more loyal. He really values that club. It's exceptions to every rule. Give the man a different type of patch in the meantime.
Whew. I hope none of them get injured and have to go through what he went through. What goes around comes around. Sounds like this man’s identity was attached to the organization. Idolatry.

Kenneth Thomas is so dam wrong to be so hard on this young man who fell ill. He is a disgrace to this club to handle this young man in such a manner. I would not want to be a part of his club.
This sounds like a club full of snobby old men that forget they have to get even older one day and ailments may come. Hopefully they can handle the same treatment they gave the defendant.
