- This video is about an excursion deep in the forest on the mountains at 1300 meters hight.
I go with my dog for two days in the mountains in the forest
I'm looking for a nice and cozy place to build my survivor shelter and to spend the night there!
I built a cozy shelter over a creek with a fire place also over the water!
During the day there was nice weather but in the evening I was surprised by a sudden and heavy snowstorm.
For dinner I grilled lamkottolets!
It was a fascinating trip, I really enjoyed it and above all the weather!

Interesting shelter design over the creek - no need to look for a flat spot. But mountain streams are very dangerous. A mountain stream can suddenly rise up and just wash away the whole structure...

Well done Kostas👍👍 Awesome shelter built over the creek and with a fire place no less. Took a lot of limbs to frame it and floor it but it looks great, perfect for you and Bonny to cozy up in. Unique idea especially in winter time but I'm sure it was worth the hard work. The ribs cooked over the fire looked delicious, Bonny enjoyed her treat as well I think. I'm in the process of making a shelter in the bush although It drains the energy😂. Don't know how you do it but I like the builds, keep it up.
Thank You for this video. Constructing this type of shelter is obviously rewarding and the logic can be used for other setups, like raised-type ones. It is a demanding setup for an overnight, but a nice idea.

The worst place to choose in order to set up a shelter. The first commandment of survivalism is to avoid locations of possible floods.

Cute. But really bad judgment to build over a creek. What if it rains. What if the creek rises. Bad judgement here. Hopefully no one ever copies this video. Horrible. you should always camp several feet above flood plain levels to be safe.
