మనకు కావలసిన నిత్యావసర వస్తువులు దొరకవు ......వేరే అమ్మేవారికి లోనికి రానివ్వరు .( అమ్మ తానూ పెట్టదు అడుక్కుతిననివ్వదు అనే సామెత దీనికి బాగా సరిపోతుంది )
ఈ బోడి ప్రాపర్టీ కి ఎక్కువ రేట్ చెల్లించి ప్లోట్లు కొనాలి .....ఇది అవసరమా ???
మన బ్రతుకుల్లో చానా కష్టాలు ఉంటాయి .....ఇది మనం కొనుక్కొని తెచ్చుకున్న కష్టం .
గేటెడ్ లో ప్లాట్ కొంటె బంగారు పంజరం లో బంధించిన చిలుక పరిస్థితి అవుతుంది .

New flats in apts will have lesser problems initially. But as few years passes, common facilities start decaying rapidly and more and more maintainence problems arise frequently. Not all persons in flats, will use or maintain common facilities in matured, proper way, like borewell, motors, toilets, drainage, sewage lines, garden, landscape, irregular vehicles parking, garbage upkeep and disposal, common lighting, electrical wirings, high volume audio system playing, too frequent functions and noisy crowd gathering. Some owners, inmates bad behaviour, habits and attitudes, false egos, manipulations and unfair means in monthly maintenance bills.
Discrimination in attending to maintainence works and priority as per the persons looking or in charge of maintenance works. Most of the time ending up paying huge charges for some other owners problems , but the same priority may not be attended by incharge to our maintenance problems. Not all problems of all owners are attended with same priority . Some owners get more water in flats and some get lesser water, due to inherent plumbing lines layout and design issues which are not taken care with permanent solution. Life long living hell experience for some flat owners. Problems, brought to notice and discussed in monthly owners meetings were not seriously took. Most of times meetings end up with different point if views or opinions, and high decibel verbal shouting between parties. Problem might be smaller issue, but lot of ego problems. We can neither spend our own money and rectify problem permanently nor we cannot be able to spend huge money from our own pocket and do rectification work ourselves. Some might not be ready to share their cost of rectification amount. Even maintenance staff , show discrimination in works they do for incharge maintenance and other owners. ...problems are plenty even for most of the flats , apts.
