TWRA: 20 bears humanely killed so far this year in Tennessee, mostly from Gatlinburg area

The TWRA said while the number of human-bear interactions has been around the same for this time of year, they have been reported closer together.

Humanely put down is still euthanizing and putting down bears convicts a man to that wrong. But I never could think a viper's life could be overwhelming love to have a Law convicting a person 6 years automatically to put one down. It's all very sad I think.
