After his idol crashed his dreams so thoroughly he gave up on going to UA and started the new year in a high school that seems determined to push him over the edge, he apparently stumbled upon a villain infiltrating UA. 1:18:49 This is pretty interesting and I'm pleasantly surprised that this is one of the few where Izuku is fully aware that none of the people/fellow kids he saves/help have ever so much as said "thank you" to him. And is aware this latest kid he just helped is so shitty that he'd gladly leave Izuku to become the school's new punching bag and never offer companionship or basic human decency yet acknowledges and is relieved by the help izuku gives that he grows bold enough to request and expect it even without properly expressing gratitude through basic manners. I wonder if this izuku had ever realized that that is the sort of treatment he could likely expect as a quirkless hero by ppl he saves? Like 🤔 maybe that's the reason he doesn't let it bother him despite his dream goal being to become All Might levels of great/reliable other than helping being "the right thing to do"🤔 I'm curious on the manner in which izuku will spiral in this tho and if can/will be saved despite having no faith in anyone...also I hope bakugo gets walloped good in this one at least... I hope the others in class 1-A see him for the bully he is like they see Mineta for the pervert he is and give almost 0 tolerance for it 😂
