I cry every time I hear this old song. My grandpa used to sing this and play a harmonica. He sounded a lot like Ralph Stanley. Thank you for sharing this and May God Bless. I love this group. Just plain old down to earth God given talent and singing.
My dad died this summer in Eastern, Ky and a bluegrass band sang this at his funeral, I had never heard it before and it was beautiful. Thanks for the post....even if the tears are flowing now.
My friend who lived in Eastern KY also, from Wurtland died in 2005. This song helped me to deal with his death, and I'm a bluegrass picker. This song tells us what's waiting for us on the other side. Glory be to God.
I've heard a lot of barber shop quartets over the years. This group is wonderful. A singer knows it's tough to sing without music instruments. They harmonize very well.
I think out of all the bands on this, all of you are awesome !!!!! All of you belong together. The lead singer is awesome. He did an awesome job in God Sent An Angel . A difference in my life. Daisygirl0718
I think I have watched all of them that U have posted. I enjoyed them all very much. Keep em coming. I give U 5 *****. Listen to that BASS. I like low down BASS and HIGH TENORS. Darlene
A quick note: For those who keep asking, I am trying to gaither video of these guys as much as I can. So I'll post anything I get as soon as I get it! Enjoy
Take your time, we want em back in one piece. If they need to take time off, so be it. You want this Grandpa's version of this, I'll send it to ya. You'll love it. It's on Utube.
Thank you so much Fred! Which CD did you get? There are several Waymasters CD's for sale on amazon. The last two: "Unseen Angels" and "Waymasters Live" are very popular. And the band prays constantly that the Sprit be felt in their songs. So thanks agin for your comments. And all the other great comments everyone is leaving. They mean a lot!
Thank all of you who have replied with request for the band. Unfortunately one of the guys had some form of strep and could hardly talk or even swallow. This of course meant they had to cancel recording this weekend. But I am keeping all the request for next time and I'll be sure to pass them along so keep 'em coming! Blessings to all, Goose.
Thanks for the comment Scrap. You need to watch their other videos. I think you'll change your opinion. You can find them on my channel. Blessings! Goose
I thought the same thing! I posted a new video of them singing "In the Garden" last night so be sure and check it out. Did you see the one I have of them singing "Will the Circle be Unbrocken?"

Don't sound like a barbershop quartet to me just some great harmonizing. You guys are fantastic. My grandpa sang this and played a harp.
If you're ever in Louisville, Ky. and want to have a professional video made, let me know!
