I just got a pair of Sure-Grip Boardwalk skates, the boots tore off the heal with in 3 hours of skating! Do not buy Sure grip products, they said they would replace the boot but rather they only repaired the boot with shoe glue. Made a mess of it also. Not a good company.

If you have a y tool, I would loosen that back outer edge wheel. It's not spinning!
