Did the Norwegian fjords from Dundee on Ambition in June. Absolutely brilliant in all aspects entertainment team exceptional, seen worse on broadway. Love ambassador .

Very informative and helpful video. We saw the same theatre show onboard last night and really enjoyed it! Totally agree also with how friendly and welcoming the staff were 😃 We lovvvveee a silent disco and a good old gameshow!!
Cant beat a small ship cruise. I have done 5 cruises with Azamara and love it because it is small. I have done Virgin Voyages Resilliant Lady in September, and although a gorgeous ship, it's just too big for me. Your vlog was so interesting as I have recently been looking at Ambassador Cruises for a cruise next summer. Thank you for a very interesting insight!

Thanks also for focusing on the food available; I’m coeliac so it was reassuring to see a good spread of gluten free food. Do you have to book to see the shows in the theatre? Kind regards.

We did 11 nights on the other Ambassador ship (Ambience) earlier in 2023 and the entertainment was amazing! More production shows than we’ve seen with anyone else, live music in all the bars and a group of actors on boards that were doing full plays and shorter vignettes/sketches on sea days. Definitely a plus on Ambassador for us.
This is the first time I am watching one of your videos. To the buffett, very good. Love to eat. Like vegetarian and vegan food. Do like some meat. Pasta is very good. Some fish is better than others. The bread station looks good. Like desserts also. Is there good scenery in Tilbury? Seems very windy there. Prefer indoors on a ship most times. Like afternoon tea. And I'm not British. When you drink wine you should hold your wine glass by the stem. That way you do not warm your wine. Table tennis, love to play. No cruise line has a midnight buffett anymore. Only on certain cruises, usually longer cruises. Ambassador Cruises doesn't have a casino. I like pizza. Vegetable Spring Roll looks good. The Tofu and Vegetable Chow Main looks good also. Several desserts look good. Didn't know the Purple Turtle was a Wine Bar. Not a big fan of canapes. After the show I would normally go to the casino. Have you been on many cruises? Which cruise lines are your favorites? New subscriber.

So you parked at Tilbury but sailed from Bristol? Why didnt you park at Bristol. I'm sailing from Tilbury in 2026 for 31 days in the Med & hopefully I will do a Caribbean cruise of 41 days in 2027. As a solo its very hard getting cabins with them, so book early & prices are nearly what 2 pay. You can wait for last few weeks to see you can catch a bargain fare, but solos are few.
The cruise finished in Tilbury and living in Essex meant we didn’t have to do the long drive to Bristol and back :) we’d have needed to get a coach either way, but doing it that way made more sense. Solo prices could definitely be better across all cruise lines! Some charge more than 2 people :(

I hate these huge ships, they're not really cruise ships but entertainment centres with gambling slot machines & only do a few stops. Ambassador are proper cruise ships & on a long cruise stop on nearly every day to every other day.
I've been on Ambition from Liverpool so handy the cruise was great everything was lovely 😍

A single fare is £1.50 per adult & they accept cash and card, but if paying by cash they don’t give change ☺️ hope this helps!
