He said basically that Trung Bao was out of routines and freestyling at this point and has some issues with mic technique and sound quality. He had Mark Martin winning the first round for being better planned and cleaner, then Trung Bao for the second round because it was more hype while Mark Martin had some mistakes and a disappointing drop. Then for the overtime he thought Trung Bao was too chaotic and random, so Mark Martin just staying clean and consistent was enough to take it. It’s kind of a disappointing final overall, in the video I think Trung Bao’s sounds are more interesting to listen to, but with the judges bad audio it was probably too chaotic to sound good at times. I gotta agree with you on this one. Definite robbery against Trung, but Im gonna say this again here tbf about the alexinho battle. The judges weren't reacting to a lot of parts of Alexinho's first round in that battle either. When we were listening at that time, I remember when it had first come out and it was a clear win for Alex. First one came in clearner with a buildup, and just took it down then. Second round which is arguably D-low's stronger round unfortunately he did his signature at the time but even his signature didn't come out as good as he usually performed it, and alexinho just gave a solid round. Unfortunately D-low was still finding his thing at the time, he was too young. The year Alex won the official world champ in 2018, D-low didn't even qualify to the battles although admittedly that was controversial.

He relied on intimidating his opponent more than his beats but that only got him so far, this was basically his one and only accomplishment in beatboxing and hasn't done anything since.
