That is amazing! I may have met you in cleveland when you all were demoing this game years back. My dad and I used to play this game all the time! It really is one of my favorite board games of all time. I still have a whole plastic bin full of the figures that I kept on their bases in case someone ever wants to play. You did an amazing job with that game. It was my first nerdy bonding experience with my dad, and will remember playing with him always. Keep being amazing Ryan!
I didn’t know anyone else had this game! It really is amazing. I’ve used my balrog in a couple dnd campaigns. I am definitely going to have to get some friends to play this now. Great job designing it!
I got the starter pack recently and am gonna hunt down the fellowship and Sauroman with some extra soldiers from Warhammer to play this with. Its a good game I like it!
I think this and your fork spiritual weapons video just gave me the perfect idea for making a mini for my party's pseudodragon. I have a bunch of dragon minis from an old board game I had as a youngster, and though they're too small for D&D dragons (they're somewhere between the size of a small and medium creature compared with DeepCuts minis), I think they'd make awesome psuedodragons. Keep up the great work!
Sweet! I love repurposing minis! :D Gotta ask the inevitable question though - Where'd ya get those bases? The link in the vidja takes you to DM Scotty's channel and not a specific video.
Right! I have some ol yu-gi-oh dragons from when I was a kid that I want to get based as well :) Glad you liked it and found your own answer! You can find them on sale on amazon somtimes and get a whole bunch of them or plain black ones real cheap.
Absolutely! Any games like this, heroclix etc can be resused if you have some extra bases around for the minis to stand on. (Or if their bases are close enough to 1 inch already, you are good to go!)
@@Rybonator I have found some LotR minis from the GW game that someone donated to the Value Village. Big bags of minis for a few bucks each. If you want to see it check out my channel. Most of them are unpainted or poorly painted so I will be stripping them and painting them for D&D. So many minis.
Man I am super jealous those are awesome! I've never even heard of Value Village but now I need to go see if I have one near me haha. That's awesome :)
Nice! I designed the game those minis were made for, it's great to see them still getting some love after all these years :)

Great idea. Tons of new minis right there and the quality is pretty good from the looks of it.

@@Rybonator Value Village is Savers in the USA. Don't know if that helps.
