Just you keep adding the malai in a container or do u add anything to keep it fresh. Coz sometimes there is a smell that comes wen u store.
It has to be kept in the fridge... Or else it will spoil.
I'm also preparing ghee like you but ivalo karupaha venam sis konjam brown anale podhum. Finaly I add a teaspoon of buttermilk & 1/2 teaspoon cristal salt & murunga or curry leaves.
In our kongu side we usually mix sweetness like jaggery or sugar to the sediment crystals.i usually add iddlies in the ghee prepared pan and we will have it.it will be more yasty with tomato kuruma

Super vlog dear. My mother also used glass bottle to separate butter . She will put in bottle and nicely shake. Suddenly when you said I remembered those days. While finishing preparing ghee before stopping the gas you can put murungai illai which is soft and light green colour along with the stem. After ghee is transferred to another bottle put hot rice in that vessel along with murungai leaves it tastes yummy 😋. A small suggestion only , if you want you try. A fight will come in our house while eating rice from that vessel . That much tasty and healthy. Cute sisters 💓. All the best for their school.
