what do you think about Nido and Koen ....?
I recommend base on what I think is best for my viewers and for developers that sent me an invite and I have access to secure unit for sure for my client, I don’t have comment for NIDO or KOEN, they are probably as good. NIDO & KOEN, near metrotown, wooden condo, low rise, it has it own appeals and I trust they will sell well as well
@@dannychingPREC Thank you for your reply. Nido and Koen are only 10% deposit structure... I find the deposit for high rise is always 15-20% and high rise is also more expensive in a long run... (they have so many facilities...) Inlet District is attractive except far away from Vancouver... but probably one can save the money in housing and and get the auto-pilot telsa in 2029, not bad.
@talkthreetalkfourlol exactly, not all people like what is Inlet District, concrete building, and across from Skytrain….some likes to live in wooden buildings because they might prefer it
