what about mistake of supreme court by releasing kejriwal on parole...this is a slap on judiciary process by supreme court.Then court should also give such bails to other prisoners.

VVPAT slips counting should be done and compares with EVM so that people thrust ECI and the machines. Something going which is not in favour of voters. Even if it takes time VVPAT should be counted
The first phase of vvpat paper ballots could easily have been counted ...by now ..
Same with subsequent phases..
This is clearly a take over of the democrqcy by a criminal gang ..

We have been seeing how transparent and effective ECI is in favoring one sided party...keeping people in dark and lack of transparency is not the sign of Free & Fair election. EVM is supposed to be accurate and advantage over counting ballot paper. The public can guess what is cooking in EVM and delay in results.
Supreme Court should take suo Moto action against ECI for free and fair election
CJI should hear this case by himself on urgent basis to uphold democracy and voter confidence.
Supreme Court has to intervene in this. This should not be accepted it is cystal clear some manipulation is being done.

In the mid of elections it is important that instead of taking any harsh action against ECI , all vvpat slips be counted and verified with EVM.
Those who love this country and its democratic principles in a true spirit always keep on believing and thinking to protect these principles at any cost and seeing that everything was not going well in the country, they find themselves in sleepless nights and their minds keep on haunting the matter all the time.
Transparency is key for fair election in our great nation.
Now EC says TDP violated MCC! Are u listening to your PM & what hecsays almost each time he opens his mouth? He shud be stopped completely from campaigning! Its so objectionable yet u do nothing!

Yet another case, ECI sure will defend and not sure we get rightful clarifications to detailed percentage calculations matching form17 to tally over a final average. Which can be potentially doubted otherwise for sure. Again this data is existing nothing that they have to prepare or delay..

ECI's haphazard functioning and it's refusal to correct it's functioning certain ly raises doubts in the minds of Voters. Supreme Court should address this genuine concern of Voters.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट जल्द ही चुनाव आयोग को आदेश देंगे उपयुक्त तरह से डाटा डालने के लिए तकि कोई धोखाधड़ी न हो सके। इस चुनाव आयोग का कोई भरोसा नहीं क्योंकि ये भाजपा का पिट्ठू है।
सुप्रीमकोर्ट लोकतंत्र का रक्षक अब नहीं रह गया है।
Its like a football match going on... The refree whistles for a penalty in favour of a team despite there is enough doubt in it and the refree has the advantage of taking help from the tv replay.. Still he sticks to his decision on penalty! Had there been a review committee on the verdicts passed by the judges in the apex court!

The ADR should not rest with this. They should appeal against the decision of two judge bench comprising justice Khanna and justice Datta to be heard by a Constituion Bench because the matter involved is very important for the democracy of India and there should be a law that even if s small section of people of this country has no faith in the voting by EVM, the EC should not insist for voting by EVM only.

Seriously disappointed with CJI Chandrachud who instead of hearing the cases against EVMs passed it on to a bench of compromised judges.
Where Supreme Court, election commission, media etc refuse to do their job and uphold democracy then democracy is going to die in India.
With the death of democracy, the union of India won't survive either.
We are already hearing voices of dissent from various states who feel they are being systematically marginalized by the central government.

In this form everybody can know contained all data of Total number of votes and casted votes including al other details in the interest of Voters/public and all other parties to avoid dispute of Data tempering .
