Hello! How have you been? I haven’t said hello in a while. Very glad to see you are still doing what gives you joy! I have been buying cars here and there, in the hopes I will start a project soon. I bought a few, just for the wheels they have on them, so I can do a mod of some fashion. Some of the newer Matchbox cars and tractors have Cool wheels, so I picked up doubles of many of them. This is a nice VW project! Came out really good!! Have fun and stay you!!! 👍🏼🏆✨

Nice work.
A tip when using super glue try adding a little baking soda to it
It drys the glue instantly gives a very strong bond and you can also sand to shape.
( super glue first then dust with baking soda )

If you wanted both front posts to look the same...why didn't you just put a reinforcing piece on the non broken front post...then both post would look the same?

The change is only visible from inside. After adding that front window piece it didn't matter.
