If you would observe Xiendong did NOT level up. He is lvl 72 from the start of the vid until the end. Another thing is the Munak is lvl 80 from the start of the video and SAME lvl on his retry. So how would you explain the boost in his damage despite having the SAME NUMBER of level gap (8 lvls) from the start of the vid and on his retry?
he didn't level up.. he just boosted his battle power above 300K from 280K then after that he was able to defeat the ET monsters. It's not about level-up stop the delusion for free to play players,... the Battle Power system is for the players that will do everything to achieve millions of battle power, at least this UA-camr shared the hidden perks of Battle Power.

Fyi. Its not battle power penalty. Its level gap penalty. After 3 lvl gap every exceding +1 you get around 10% penalty dmg and deffense
