    I'm turning 60 next month and have to watch my lower back due to a slipped disk.
    I can't do bent over rows so do cable exercises but will try the T bar.
    I did incline bench for months without results. Now I stick to flat bench and chest fly machine.
    Trap bar needs too much weight and I end up hurting my back. Bulgarian split squats have been a game changer for me, huge results.

    Hey man, I watched your video explaining DUP 3x8, 3x6 and 3x4 so what should be the rest between each sets should it be 3mins or should it change with duplicate, my primary goal is to improve strength but I also know that some hypertrophy work is needed to maximize strength gain.

    No t bar at my gym. Although switching to the trap bar for deadlifts. It’s tricky deadlift on the smith machine to get proper form. I use the pipe down the back to remember the position

    Trapbar can be replaced with dumbbells if t-bar cant be accessible

    My gym only has the T-Bar row with a chest support pad. Does this change a lot of the effectivity of the excersise or is it still okay?

      Probably make it even more effective as its strictly back and you cant use legs at all to help.

    Great for saving time. Combine with high intensity drop sets and only spend 40 minutes a week in the gym.

    Hammer incline inthink is better than smith mashine. Better angle on the movement. Smith machine is terrible for your shoulders.

    Don’t have a good tbar row option at our gym. Replace with seated row or just use pull downs? I love pendlay rows but wife isn’t as comfortable with them. Thanks!

    Amazing you. Basically just described my gym routine.. no T-bar but I would brace a bench bar and do rows with the cable row handle under the weighted end, I also used the smith machine to bench press & the trap bar to dead lift.. I would ad pull-ups, to get more width to the upper body as the Row is more for thickness, and some kind of Curl for forearms.. But do agree what you described can get a workout a long way 👍
