Editing. David clearly has a really good feel for it, you can learn a lot from just watching videos and playing around with length of shots, when to transition, what to transition to plus music. And if when you edit something with a sort of vague plan or aesthetic you can start with that and as you edit let it evolve es that good shit

Its over 5 years since I found out about David Laid and he is still my inspiration. I remember how I was so fat I was embarrassed to even go out of my house not only to the gym. Then I watched how this guy transformed is body from skinny to shredded. Thats when I decided that I want to lose fat. I started going to the gym and started eating healthy thanks to Next Level Diet. When I started my journey I had 320 lbs and now Im 200 lbs and I feel better than ever.

Hope you get back to where you want to be sir, you're one of the genuine icons of bodybuilding/fitness content. Legendary status - It's a strange mix of the good looks, the insane body, the euphoric music, the height, the curious open mind, the longevity, the original transformation video. Hey David, recommend you look into the biopsychosocial model of pain and perception of pain. I think you’re potentially putting yourself into a position where you catastrophize every occurence of pain. Pain does not necessarily equal injury, I know in your case there is an underlying issue with this slipped disc but I think your approach may prevent you from ever getting back to ‘full’ form.

Hey man congrats on getting back into the gym. You're absolutely right, movement is so important for our body and mind. You mentioned that one armed movements feel better than double and I believe it is because during a one arm movement, since it wants to pull your body out of balance, you have to brace your core better. I am a physical therapist assistant and I've had a good amount of experience with weight training. Stay focused on that core control while you slowly work up with your routines. There are some really good core movements that just involve engaged your transverse abdominals and moving your legs and things while holding that contraction. They do wonders for you ability to control you core and engage your core more fully during compound movement. God speed with your journey my man!

Yo David! , you're probably not gonna see this but I just wanna say that when I was 14 you were my motivation and also my exemplar in weightlifting. Every time before school I would always wake up early to make my morning meal and watch your vids while I was eating it. You were the reason why I started weightlifting and I just wanna say, thank you 💪. I would not be the man that I am today without you and your content and motivational vids, so keep up the good work champ!

From a guy with 4 titanium screws in the base of his spine, deadlifts and squats are no longer feasible and I am not convinced they were ever necessary. I too would do those lifts, feel pain, back off, rinse and repeat. Just not worth the hassle any longer. I value living pain free as opposed to a soothed lift ego. Take care of your body, you only get one. Best of luck on your road back.

Bonebroth has helped my arthritis, inflammatory bowel desease and a nerve damage in my left arm/shoulder extreme amounts. I think you should look into it if you haven't already, i use the broth in almost anything. If you don't have problems just eating the cooked bonemarrow that might be better but i'd rather just use.
It has also made a hole in my tooth "dissapear" according to my dentist, and an old broken toe that usually causes me pain hasn't been a problem since i started, haven't xrayed that but wouldnt be suprised if its alot stronger somehow.
Really think it could help, anyway nice to see you back, keep up the good videos!
