We are going to the Big Bend area and staying in Marfa at the end of this month🙂 Then I’m going to stay in the Fort Davis mountains of west Texas in October. Excited to use this information. Thank you
I often combine hiking with stargazing but no chairs,to heavy,I just lie on the ground in a biviy bag. This summer I've been packing a pair of Helios 2x40 binoculars and my tiny Zeiss Mini Quick 5x10 monocular. In winter as it too cold I just keep hiking all night with stops for stargazing!
