hey, great that you pointed these out. I also reviewed and measured this device and arrived at a similar conclusion. Competent device for gaming but leaves much to be desired for audiophile needs.

If you want similar phsical format, io and specs that are actually true.

@@johandavid9774 You would probably have to opt for an audio interface but those usually leave a lot to be desired as far as headphone amplification

Since other reviewers have found no distortion maybe you should check your equipment.

It's possible (I don't really read/watch other people's reviews very often) but it is clearly audible with some headphones that have no signs of distortion on other sources.
