- Up until now the actual egg exchange between Weedy Sea Dragons has never been observed in the wild. This footage was taken at Flinders Jetty Australia January 2017. Surprisingly the couple where doing their thing right under the Jetty and in the pathway where dozens of divers usually venture past on weekends. At this particular moment in less than 2 metres of water and only 30 meters from shore I managed to record the scene . Once again it was all about being in the right place at the right time.

Remarkable! Is it okay if we use a short section of this clip in our upcoming video? You will be credit accordingly. Thanks!

sure pang, being in the right place at the right time is part of it. but similar to the musical star that becomes the overnight sensation - after working at it for 10 years - a lot of it has to do with your talent of knowing what to look for, the frequency of your dives and your video skills. your videos always make my week! thanks!
They are so graceful beautiful creatures.
This is epic footage Pang! So well deserved and a world first.
awwwwww. Pretty little dragons. They really are neat creatures; so graceful and peaceful.
Pang, this is incredible. Congratulations!!!! I didn't know you had recorded this! What time of year was it recorded? September?
Thanks for the comment Jarrod, it would be possible to see this anytime between Sept to late December (maybe Jan ) As always, its" a matter of being in the right place at the right time" I was a little lucky really.
@@PangQuong thanks Pang. I noticed your upload date was July. So I was thinking you filmed it around then which would have been odd. Great work.
What about Bolero for the Sea Dragon mating, A layered tune that repeats
