Remember our attachment of the body and material world disconnect us from who we are, from God, from soul. The more we are attached to the material the more we suffer when we lose it, the more our human/ body self suffers but our soul is happy. Why happy, because Love is not properties is not dependencies, is not having. Love, God is giving, offering - time, money, effort, attention … put the other first and put yourself second. All for the other nothing for you- this is what love means. All the losses we have suffered in the past years is Gods way of detaching us from the material, to show us that we became so much self centered, so busy with getting richer, happier, more belongings that we have forgot that we are souls, souls do not own anything, they just give. See you Depression as a process of giving up this material world and look for God, read the old saint books and you will understand.

I want to know what music they listened to during the reign of Christ (if it did occur). The music has healing properties and I’m sure they can be enhanced somehow but I don’t know.

Hello, 432. Was listening to 538 and it was making me anxious so I'm trying 432 and its a lot calmer. Yes, agreed, this is not the pace at which Mozart is played (except in Baby Lullaby versions), but what the hey, I listen to get de-stressed and this is happening. Least stressful for me is opera, especially arias sung by women, hymn, and 1950s-1970s country. I love pop, especially 1950s (I was a teenager then) but cant listen for too long. Modern pop (1990s, 2000s, 2010s) causes me real pain, like physical pain. Have no clue why

The producers who record this old piece of music wanted to make it as authentic as possible by tuning down every instrument a tiny bit, as it would sound in Mozart's time :)
