Hi Ken, sorry to hear that. But i guess It depends from where and which country you bought your COLMI C81 smart watch, But here in our country, i have a FREE strap which was included in the package. @@KNACKSKILL oh, one more thing: does it count day napping? Or only night sleep? Because truth to be told, I am disabled, so the health things are more important to to me, than the training stuff. I had a great, but cheap little huawei band, because I had a huawei phone, both of which I truly loved, but since the phone stopped to update, because of its age, I had to get a new phone and I couldn't use the huawei band with the new phone, because of huawei being banned from Google and everything as you know. Hence, I still have to use both the old phone and band, because the tracking is SO much better on the huawei, than on the new. It count ALL my steps, but the newest one doesn't, it doesn't take into count until step 25 or something, to not get wrong number they claim, but I don't go on long hikes, so I need it to count from step one, because I of course want ALL my steps to count. And the sleep tracker counts napping too, on the huawei, which is good, because I do nap. Especially if I've had a bad night sleep. Do you know if Colmi counts every step, and daytime napping?

Hi User, yes iyon ang normal nating ginagawa kapag bagong bili out of the box the smartwatch and even smartphone. Pero kong may 80% naman ang battery i gamitin mona natin at i pair na sa ating cellphone and test the charging usb cable if kong gumagana at nag cha charge yong bagong smartwatch natin. Thanks

yes, I already tested it by with washing my hand, but i'm not recommend for swimming. It's up to you guy's remember this is a budget range dont expect to much. But for daily watch office, school it is a perfect one! Thanks
