Cinzia w the Lemme gummies, they have melatonin which is illegal in the UK so thats why you cant buy them here. If you use melatonin based products for a long period of time then it will start having bad effects (headaches, bad nightmares, grogginess, nausea etc). I suggest swapping to Magnesium Glycinate before bed!! It will make you feel so much more rested, give you deeper sleeps & make it easier for you to wake up 💖💖💖💖
Melatonin is not illegal in the UK. NHS prescribe it to children and the elderly. As an adult, you can get via a private doctor. Insomnia isn’t life threatening and the cause can be treated in other ways that are more effective, long term and cheaper, thats why the NHS don’t just give it out willy-nilly.

I am a vitamins specialist and I highly recommend AGAINST taking melatonin!! Melatonin is a hormone that your body naturally produces and should NOT be used on a daily basis or for long term use- many adverse side effects can occur. Stay rested (naturally) ladies! All the best 🩷

It can be prescribed in the UK though right? I know it's not as common as it is in the US but people do take it if needed! Obviously shouldn't be taking it every single day though
What the hell is a “vitamins specialist”? If you’re not a certified doctor or general practitioner, you are in no way a specialist in prescription drugs. The British NHS prescribe melatonin, even for children, as it’s FDA approved. Stop spreading false information on a topic that you clearly need to educate yourself on.

okokok i’ve been watching these girls since like 2016 & i want to know if anyone else has noticed that most of cinzia’s current interests (that she shares in the vlogs) involve buying things? constant consumption is standard for influencers ofc, but this funny, intelligent woman spends sm time talking about what she’s purchased or what she’s thinking about purchasing in every single vlog i’ve watched lately. i love her grwms, when she cooks & experiments in the kitchen (i’m greek & relate to her mediterranean taste buds sm), when she discusses music/ tv/books/etc…like no, i don’t think anyone needs 6 summer friday lip balms at once. is it cool asf that she’s a boss that can afford it? absolutely!!! do i find it interesting to watch? not particularly. esp when the girls aren’t being paid for an ad lolll

I used to always take melatonin because i couldnt fall asleep and after a while i did get back on track BUT i started waking up sooo tired & with bad headaches and had to stop using them . just an FYI . Loved the Vlog and Love you girlies 🌸🩷🫶

Hi girls I’m a pharmacist and have to agree that I wouldn’t recommend taking lemme gummies long term. Melatonin is a POM (prescription only medication) in the uk and cannot be brought over the counter. lemme gummies have not been approved by the MHRA (medicines human regulations act) in the UK. All licensed medication that is prescribable or can be purchased has to go through this governing body as they manage medicines safety and ensure safe clinically effective medications are in use. There are many long term side effects of taking melatonin and one being you can become addicted to it. I would suggest speaking to your GP/local pharmacist before continuing this.

I know they wanted to change the style cause of peoples reviews but they are separated more than I thought like it is Sophia and cinzia and they’re besties so they are gonna be with each other and now weren’t not seeing much don’t get me wrong the separate one they did it in the past and it’s cool but would be nice to have a balance as it’s a joint thing
This makes no sense 😂 they can’t be together all the time - they’re adults with their own lives. This is why the vlogs went downhill, because they would only film at the studio when they were together. I know everyone has mixed opinions but looking at the comments of the last few vlogs everyone prefers this style, it’s way more personal
