Love it, even the 81’s looked interesting back in the 90’s. And it’s always interesting to see diesel + electric power with the 46 trailing the 81 and ALCo 44.
I believe some of the 45’s were reclassified sometime in the 80’s due to cab modifications, the union stopped 45’s from leading as they had uncomfortable cabs so the government modified some to let them lead again.
