As a German, the one thing that always makes me laugh is Americans and British complaining about the lack of storage.... Never in my life have I had a build in storage in Germany 😂 I once had that when living in Canada, but other than that... You just buy a big cupboard and put it where you'd like to habe you're build in haha
But I think that's just a fun cultural thing.

@@tanyaortiz5564 well I can only speak for myself: I just have one IKEA pax unit (which is about a meter from side to side) and in there I keep ALL of my clothes. I don't need 20 pairs of trousers or 40 shirts - also I don't have space for that haha
@@tanyaortiz5564 in the UK people definitely do not have nearly as much clothes as we had back home in Canada, homes do not come with closets, so you are limited by what you can fit into a wardrobe. Everyone has a "capsule wardrobe" cause that's all that fits.
@@tanyaortiz5564 There are A LOT of people who have a LOT OF clothing - that you don't have built in storage doesn't mean you don't have storage. Where americans have their built in storage, i just put a big cupboard. It's 100% the same, just not built in haha

I’m new here but I loved this! As someone with crazy ADHD, that decluttering really does change your life friends! When I learned how important cleaning was in the Japanese and Buddhist cultures, I did a deep declutter over a couple of weeks and it felt like a piano had been lifted off my spirit! Now I clean about 15 minutes before every morning to really keep my peace and allow for my most efficient and intuitive moments throughout the day. It also helps to document this for my UA-cam channel to inspire others and just be appreciative of those small moments. I definitely recommend trying to incorporate this for all my neurodivergent folks and everyone looking to add a helpful habit to their morning routine. Much love friends. - Maha🤍
