There was a local news story about this and technically he is not suspended. Apparently the state never updated his status.
that's what they claimed. turns out this "license" wasn't even a drivers licence but a state ID that he had for years.

I’m not sure he ever _did_ pass a driving test because in a follow up video, it turned out he never had a license in _any_ state. Or at least he “doesn’t remember” if he ever had a license.

If this is the case, then why his own attorney agreed that the case was about suspended license? Because if she and the judge made a mistake, Harris will become a millionaire pretty soon once he sues the county.

Wrong. He said this to try to make people think it was a court mix-up. He NEVER had a license in any of the fifty states and the judge made sure everyone knew this in the follow-up. It is indeed a situation where he's as dumb as this video suggests.
He was traveling. Its perfectly legal to travel without permission of any kind.
Its called Freedom.
He could travel using his feet, a bicycle, a bus, as a passenger while someone else was driving, he could even travel using his hands or in a wheelchair if he wanted.
All forms of travel that have specific terms, he is in command of the car hence why he asked them to wait while he pulled into the doctor's office. That is defined as driving.
