This is my first time reacting to Måneskin Zitti E Buoni eurovision 2021. Måneskin are your eurovision 2021 winner. maneskin zitti e buoni reaction caught me by surprise. I can now see why italy are your eurovision winner 2021. I would have like maneskin zitti e buoni english lyrics or maneskin zitti e buoni english version so i can understand the message. I don't know why youtube took down the maneskin zitti e buoni live version of the eurovision song contest. As an american reacts to eurovision 2021 I can't be baise and I have to give my honest opinion. What you are seeing is eurovision reaction american in full display. I watched some of the eurovision 2021 rehearsal but wish there was a eurovision 2020. I hope to be doing more eurovision reaction 2021 in the future. AHH! My favorite band ever is also Green Day!
This is the first time in a long time that I've found a new band that captured me in the way Green Day did, I feel like I'm a teenager again hahah even though they are very different, I agree that there's a similar vibe. Their stage presence and confidence of the singer reminds me a lot of Green Day/ Billie Joe too. I can't wait to attend one of their concerts!!!
It's sad people in the US can't see the live performance of it (I think only with a vpn / proxy or something), but the video of their performance at Eurovision already has 44+ million views, I can't imagine how many more it would have if it was available all over the world! It was perfect.
I've become a huge fan of this band, they're really talented, the music is just so good. The album Teatro d'ira: Vol. I is an absolute masterpiece. On top of how amazing the songs sound, the lyrics are incredible too (look up the translation) and they are mostly written by Damiano (the vocalist). Would love to see your reactions to the other songs, this one was great! Maybe watch their audition (original song- Chosen) and other performances on X-Factor Italy, to see how their rise to fame started!
yeah I never thought I would find a band that gives me the same vibe as Green Day! Billie Joe is such a unique lead singer that I have came to love!. Green Day are crazy good live so I am getting the same vibe with Maneskin

Hello there!
This band, Maneskin, was pretty popular in Italy: they rose fame after partecipating to the 11th season of X-Factor when they were teenagers (Damiano, the singer, was 18, Victoria, the bassist, and Ethan, the drummer, were 17 while the guitarist, Thomas, was 16) and placed second on the talent show.
They did pretty good on radio air play and competed on Sanremo Music Festival, placing first and then they competed on Eurovision and winning it too.
The band members are (age order):
Damiano - Lead vocalist
Victoria - Bassist
Ethan - Drummer
Thomas - Guitarist

The band name is danish and means Moonlight/Moonshine :) Victoria is half danish so they picked a danish name...but you can see tons of videos where they explain that :)

I just love that the remind me of my favorite band and that's a plus 🙂
The song is basically about prejudice and judgement from society, is about being seen as different or crazy the chorus is "I'm crazy but at least I'm different from them" the rest of the song says "they talk but they don't know what the fk they're talking about" , the band was made by Victoria (bassist), she was friends with the guitarist (Thomas) and she expressed this dream of making a band and they started it together, she founded the band and she composes the music, while Damiano (the lead singer) writes the lyrics, fun fact: she kicked him out of the band early on when Damiano wasn't as good and they called him back and apparently he had improved , Victoria is the main choice maker of the band, all this started since they were about 16 and they used to play music on the streets of rome before fame!

Damiano, who's only 22, is one of the greatest frontmen I have ever seen! They all have an incredible energy!
You should check out that video on YT called "Måneskin - Zitti e buoni - Live @ Sanremo 2021 - Video Completo - (Winner)", it's absolutely phenomenal!!! They're playing with the San Remo orchestra. It's a killer version, trust me!

Great Reaction !! How could this band not have won in this Universe ? They are so raw, so talented, quintessential voice, great songwriting, sickening beat/bass line, and as a gift on top top aesthetics and chemistry. They appeal to young (your generation) and old (my generation). If they are not here to conquer the world then I will never leave a comment.... What is insane is that at their age they already have 2 albums out, which both have highest quality songs. Many successful bands can maybe produce 1 or 2 songs on that level, but they have at least 8 or more. Check all of their Official Videos, maybe by view count (top to bottom). 'Coraline' is probably their most powerful song, a rock ballad with very deep lyrics - make sure you look at the lyrics video (so that meaning doesn't get lost). As with many others, I now concede.....highly addicted... PS: 8 of their songs are among the Spotify Top50 Viral - that's not an easy feat.
Actually they have more than 8 important songs. Many people still have to discover their first works. I mean also those songs that have no videos of any kind.
@@zaqwsx23 I am sure they are all important - what I meant was at least 8 songs on the highest level. I mean by that for ex. Red Hot Chilly Peppers "Californication", Led Zeppelin "Over the Hills and Far Away", Deep Purple "Smoke on the Water"..... Their song writing is insane.

I wouldn`t say this song is metal, more like the kind of hard rock that was labeled alternative rock in the 90s (sort of like Alice in Chains or Soundgarden but less brooding and depressing)
Please check out Coraline (there is a lyrics video which is fairly accurate online with both Italian and English translation) is my personal favourite of their new album and I can tell after watching many reactions that it's hugely appreciated all over the world too

As you say there was no Eurovision in 2020 because of COVID-19. But we had 41 qualifying songs for 2020. We should not ignore the quality. Many of the artists are the same because many countries decided sending the same 2020 artist but with a new song

@@ImFrancis325 Sometimes it would be great to present a song for the sake of others so that they are more informed. Most Americans wouldn't know this song. Many don't know what Chelsea FC is. This would have been a great opportunity. You could even sing along and make it a festive occasion. Or, take a cover for example. You know the song already, but you are still listening to a new cover even if you know the original song...

HOW THE EUROVISION WORKS:
Each country has its own contest or something to choose which singer/band will represent their country at the Eurovision.
Every singer is already famous in their own country and has also a label(I think).
The song chosen to represent the country must be an original.
Each year the Eurovision is hosted by the country that won the year before.
There are two semifinals where all the countries perform: in each one 10 countries out of 16-17 get to the final. The 20 countries that goes to the final were chosen by a televoting system.
Apart from those 20 countries, there are 6 countries that each year go straight to the final without having to perform at the semifinals. These countries are the Big5 (France, Spain, Italy, UK, Germany) which are the countries that help more financially and the last one is the country that won the year before.
At the final 26 countries perform on stage.
At the end of the performances, there is voting system.
Every country has its own jury made especially for the Eurovision (or at least I think so, I’m not sure how the juries work).
The juries’ vote is only 50% of the final voting.
Each country’s jury has a certain number of votes to give: they choose the top ten countries they want to give points to and the first one gets 12 points following by the others that each get 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
The public vote holds the other 50% of the voting.
People can’t vote for their own country.
In the semifinals only the public could vote, except from the people from the Big5 or the country that won the year before.
People can televote sending a message, with the number of the country they want to give their vote to, from their phone to the Eurovision number or using the Eurovision app.
In the final every country that participates in the contest votes, even the ones that didn’t pass the semifinal.
In total there are 39 juries (or so) that give their votes in the final.
People from all 39 countries can vote more the once (I don’t really know how many times they can vote) in the final but can not vote for their own country.
Before the final voting announcement, they give the public and the juries some time to establish their votes.
At the end they announce the final votes.
They announce the juries’ votes first and then they go to the public voting.
(I’m not sure but I think that each country’s population has a top 10 countries voted the most between people and those 10 countries get the same points as the juries give: from 12 to 1)
The country that wins the Eurovision is the one with the most points.
P.S. I hope that you can understand what I wrote and I don’t know if what I wrote is a 100% right.
