Thanks for saving my campaign, it was my first campaign and in the description of the empire faction, it was written that is an easy campaign for beginners so I chose it but I was probably wrong :D
Y'know, that was actually true once upon a time. They really need to update it though because it's anything but 'easy' now, with the new mechanic and like thrice as many threats to deal with.
This video really shows how much of a newbie the player really is that had this disaster. I'm glad for this because it means people are still getting into total war and actually trying to learn the game! This rat is very proud of whoever sent this in, and I hope they see this.

When I saw Gelt´s blue line skill tree I went "what the f*ck".
Warhammer 3 is by no means perfect. But I think this video showcases one of the strengths it has. Empowering Drycha, returning the gryphon wood to her and strengthening your ally because you can borrow their army or even recruit their units. I personally find that to be fun on many levels. Especially on the strategic macro level.
My favorite part of empire is just assisting the elector counts as I eliminate major threats and trying to make sure empire lands stay under friendly control. Once everything is stabilized I send expeditions to target more far-off enemies. Till then its a game of shifting your power around to different fronts while building up fealty. I like that it's not just about conquering and there's a bit more kingdom management going on, since you're dis-incentivized from declaring war on electors and they do a pretty good job at holding territory while you grow your strength.
An honest-to-Sigmar disaster campaign? Hot dog! Edit: Also, I really wouldn't mind the multi-episode disaster campaigns, I remember you had some back in the WH2 days
Your first time playing the game at all is a lot to take in. My first campaign in TW2 I only really had control of 2-4 cities about 30-50 turns in and just couldn't get further because AI was able to have 3-4 armies around my area against my 2 armies. Then having them raid the region causing even more trouble for me. So when you don't know what you are doing everything feels unfair and the income you have feel so little. Then there is the feeling of not feeling safe going out with 10 units when enemy almost always seems to be strolling around with 20 units. So this feels like a beginners first time.
I've been slowly upping my difficulty every time I finish a campaign, just cuz it all felt super daunting at the start. Right now I'm doing an Arkhan IE campaign. I've conquered a VERY large chunk of territory, including Ulthuan and Bretonnia and everything south of Balthasar Gelt, though I awarded much of Kroq-Gar's area to one of my vassals. I have all 9 books and I've vassalized.... *deep breath* Gor-Rok, Mazdamundi, Karl Franz, Balthasar Gelt, Thorek Ironbrow, Grimgor Ironhide, Alith Anar, Rakash, Maliketh, Morathi, and Orion. I had previously vassalized Helman Ghorst, but he and the Strygor faction that starts near me both rebelled not too long ago, so I crushed Strygor and awarded their overseas holdings to Gor-Rok, and Thorek is being awarded *most* of Ghorst's territory, as he is helping me crush him after that rebellion has cost me my conquest of Cathay. I'm doing a late game Ultimate Crisis(Turn 200-250). It's Turn 225 now, so I'm starting to recall most of my armies back home and preparing for the mass desertion of some of my vassals. This is on my Hard campaign. I'm looking forward to being able to do VH and Legendary Campaigns. I still need to make liberal use of the pause button to give myself time to think, as my micro is not very good, but I'm improving. Seeing your content lets me know I can always do better.
