Hey there Noodlebiscuit77! First of all it's nice to see more commentary. ^_^ It was also nice to see a greater variety of weapons - though I didn't understand until half way through that you were also trying a higher difficulty. Things do hit harder. The rapid fire gun would have been more interesting with a projectile speed buff for accuracy - but it looked fun to use. Thank you for sharing. ^_^
Hi Pathforger! Thank you for your kind comment. When I picked up the typhoon minigun, I forgot I had opted to upgrade my weapons output damage at the cost of fire rate. That particular minigun also has homing projectiles, kinda like the protoseeker in RC. I imagine it is difficult to balance a weapon like that. I did find its weakness in that run. It's inability to follow fast moving /bouncing objects. It's still immensely fun to use. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. It's always appreciated.
Always welcome. ^_^ I had to look back to notice that there was a homing element to the minigun. I admit that I thought you got some hits due to spam fire and delay - but tracking does make the weapon more useful for sure. Yes it is difficult to balance a homing weapon - but it being a single player game makes balance less important - as compared to the experience that it brings - and overall the devs seem to have a good job of balance anyway. I can certainly see how a powerful PSK could be fun. Allows you to focus on other things! ^_^
