Kayn's clear path is pretty straightforward. You can always do a full clear on him since his clear speed is incredible and look for ganks after level 4 or 5
Muramana is such a good item on Kayn. It grants so many good stats (Attack Damage, Mana and Ability Haste) but it will be useful once Manamune upgrades into Muramana. so if you want to play burst damage on early game, better skip it and go Lethality item. I usually go Muramana against high scaling champions or if I feel that the game would end very fast.
