This is like listening to a symphony. I return to it again and again.

This is deep, this is profound and this is beautiful. This is not a quick takeaway, this is food for the soul. This breaks through the egocentric, superficial spirituality often served up to today`s quick fix seeking generation. I am amazed there are so few ^Likes^ and no comments. But then again, looking around me,whyshould I be. I recommed this to the potential listener. Give it your full attention , pause it and ponder on the words that speak to you. Thank you and bless you Sli na Frinne for providing this upload. A blessed Advent 2018. John Moriarty- Eternal memory.

I have been listening to this on and off for years, the more aware I grow, the more it opens up....

By the way im not a believer in the abrahamic God.
I didn't ask you to insult me, but I suppose your insult says more about you than me.

John sums it all up so beautifully and simply for us. He walked the path and was willing to explain and describe it to us. What a generous soul.

Wonderful John Moriarty . We need him to allow CHRIST to break out of the box of ‘religion’ and ‘religious practices’ in which we have imprisoned Him. Patsy Kelly

Spot on! Christ is so much bigger than the religious cage we have put him in.

Youd have to read a lot of books before you'll understand John... I sometimes wonder what he's on about...

He is talking about meditating and going deep within yourself where you cease to exist - pure nothing, he says that is god. So god is found in this moment of total dereliction/darkness/silence is the moment of total exultation. That’s the gist of the start anyway, haven’t listened to the rest, it’s tied with Christianity here. He is just a thinking philosophical Christian Irish man. He is smart and should be celebrated whether it’s truth or not, it’s useful and illuminating.
