Interesting how different people are - I actually don't like the voice overs. I always hit mute when someone starts yammering. But then again, I'm not watching to buy - not sure who would buy a house based on a video but again, people are very different. I'm watching for the architecture and interior design so no talking is preferred.
Michelle Levasseur her voice is different and soft, usually I'd mute too because most are too course for my liking

Ok, after looking at the home what we were able to see I also would have liked to see the basement to see what we were working with.
Also on a creepy sort of note the front of the home had a funeral home sort of look just kind of creepy, I would have changed that if I were buying the home.
I don't care for a white kitchen I like darker wood floors with cherry wood cabinets and I liked the large kitchen slab counter but in a nice granite darker color. The backyard is beautiful but I like grass🤷 so ... I loved the large windows every where. The home is beautiful though😁👍
Yes that's what it looks like, I was trying to think what it reminded me of. It only has that one window in front no other windows in front for views. Looks too much brick, cement cold prison type from the front. Too small should have 3 bdrs. Basement from laundry room, living room but they didn't bother lol.
