I wonder if all the rumours of McKenna and Xochitl dating in real life turns out to be true? Pretty much all those fanfiction idea shippers had for years have pretty much been coming true in recent years and their dream of a gay Captain Marvel could very well be a real thing.
I do know Xochitl is close friends with Supergirl Sasha Calle (and I'll be shocked if that woman isn't a lesbian) and heard McKenna's recent Ghostbuster role has her flirting with girl and it's pretty common for actors to make these type of request to the filmmaker.
