I am restoring my ‘54 Commander and have collected parts for decades, anticipating restoration. Now that is underway- don’t know why I have 3 sets of pedal pads! Guess having multiples of the same parts is the hazard of delaying restoration.
Good cleanup. For sure, knowing what you have is critical so you don't spend money buying parts you already have! Time to get that engine together. :-)
