Takes me back to a time in my life when guitars were everything and I could sit and listen to music for hours without getting bored or distracted.

@@hana-ft6wm A number of things I guess. Some of it is just having more responsibilities than I did back then. Also things don't feel as new as they used to. I also used to smoke a lot of weed and stuff like that which I don't do anymore. And I think the internet has changed things a bit for most of us, it certainly has for me. I try not to be too compulsive with it but it has affected my mind for sure. When I was younger it wasn't possible to be connected all the time, I had a phone but it didn't have internet access. I'm trying to regain some of that peace of mind through meditation and things like that but it's not always successful. Some of the best periods of my life have been when my phone was broken or I put it away. Listening to music on a Zune was much better than it is on a phone - all there was was the music, no distractions.

i know right? i always feel like his music connects with me in a certain way. i feel like this album is helping me navigate my way through life right now. perfectly entangled through the days
Does anyone else find the artwork for this album particularly nostalgic? The simple - but unconvential - shapes and colours, along with the solitary, indie tone of the drawings and animation seem to take my back to my childhood in some way. It's almost as though he's already subconsciously tapping into my thoughts. Archie always is able to choose such powerful and appropriate artwork for his albums

I've been listening to him ever since he was going by Zoo Kid. His guitar work is always what sticks out for me. Might be one of my favorite guitarists of all time!

Man, all three songs from the album that Archy’s put out already sound just so beautiful. This is gonna be his best album for sure.
Definitely my favourite single out of all of them so far!
