I just finished listening to the audiobook earlier today and loved it. Interestingly enough, those third-person bits that sound like a screenplay are read by a different person than the regular scenes from Misha's point of view. I found that to be a very interesting touch and the actress that they got has kind of a flat delivery that reminds me of a gps voiceover or something (I say that as a compliment, since it sounded very deliberate).

The audio book is really good. They got a bunch of other authors to do parts of the voices as well, TJ Klune, Stephen Graham Jones and T. Kingfisher for example.
