I got the Grote archtop about 6 weeks ago... and I play it all the time; amazing what you can do with a single P90! They're definitely one of the best of the 'new' brands - after all, they've only been building for 30 years - but they're more than happy to put their name to their product!
your reviews are good.. a lot of information.. is looks/sounds like Grotes are pretty good.. and with good prices... cool gig bag here too... take care...
I want to get to Grey when I was looking at it on Amazon I have a couple questions if you could tell me I've never owned a matte finish guitar is there a lot of texture to the paint and will that leave a lot of fingerprints that you can't get off period and also is it a decent guitar I love the look of it
@user-gs2nq3rs8l I had the grey one as well the finish is smooth mine was some guitars with that style of finish you can feel the only issues arethey do hold finger prints which can be wiped away just don't eat anything greasy before playing lol the neck felt great the mini toggle switch was a plus overall it was a great playing guitar thanks for watching
I was gonna buy this as a practice guitar for nut and pick up replacements but I didn’t because it was TOO nice for that purpose. I figured I’d get it and not want to mess it up. Excellent value hands down

Some unique - and pretty good - specs for that price point. We truly are living in a golden age for affordable gear.

$170 for that and a gig bag... yeah from the look and sound of it here, it's a great deal...

Yes good for its value but still good to mod and upgrade on I'm sure with some good pickups and upgrade potentiometers it will be alot better
How big are the frets and how much does it weigh? Looks hefty.
Between 10-11 pounds, the frets are medium feels like a regular strat
