ive learned a lot about commands over a year and i think you could use teams to change the color of the outline, which makes it so you can have both flash at the same time.
I learned that after uploading this video and the datapack should have red and blue glowing effects now. Thanks for the suggestion! If you notice any other ways I can improve it, let me know!
Normally I'd just say "very cool" but that's bot-like so I'll say more. I appreciate this data pack concept and its execution, even if I'll probably never end up using it (though I may steal the idea if I ever make a parkour map). It's awesome that you responded to feedback in the comments as well. And a bot surely wouldn't think to point out that you stepped on iron ore at 0:43.
I'm glad you like the data pack. You're welcome to use the idea. I would love to see it executed differently. And uh... you're right. No bot would ever think to say something so specific and also true... right?
The original song is from super mario 3d world. its called "Bleep Block Skyway". from world 4-3. But the one used in the video is a cover made by Moserao apparently.
You are right! I hadn't even considered that. I do like red and blue, though. Maybe if someone asks for me to update the mod to 1.20, I can change the colours. You're welcome to change the colours yourself, too.
Was listening to some OSTs and ended up here. I don't play minecraft much now but damn this is pretty awesome and creative with the shulker boxes. Neat cover too!
The resource pack has been remade and should work without a "old version" message for 1.19. Check the links in the description and please tell me if there's a problem.
So I tried copying the first section, and it turns out this data pack causes a ton of tick lag with large numbers of Beep Blocks. It's okay until you get to about 100, then it begins slowing down. I noticed no impact on my FPS though, so that's good lol
I accidentally deleted it trying to make space on my Google Drive. I managed to find it and put it back up. Here it is: drive.google.com/file/d/10X8H0_Gp_-gOzDnsnvy2Z9UtTKAPYx57/view?usp=sharing Let me know if it doesn't work. I will also update the description with that link. Also thanks very much for letting me know.
1.19 but I imagine it will work on newer versions. When it says something like "wrong datapack version" just click through it. Please let me know if it doesn't work on newer versions. I can... Maybe fix it?
I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like .mcaddon files are exclusive to Bedrock Edition, and this datapack was made for Java Edition, so I don't think this datapack will be compatible. Sorry.
Great! For me, the beep blocks were one of the best mechanisms ever added to the Mario games. It's amazing that you remade it in Minecraft

Hopefully this won't be much work, but here's hoping you *do* remake the resource pack
