Praise to God Jim Jim, that all is well with you and your family. As for the June Plums, use them to make jam, curry as a side dish, and pickle some. In this way, they will not be wasted. The Breadfruit, if you can peel and freeze them for later use, like soup do that. Coconut can last a long time on its own-if not grate them and freeze them. The Starfruit can also be pickled.
Thank God you are all safe. I pray that your crops will grow back soo to provide food for you all. But freeze what you can for it to last l9nger and I know that you will all share with others. Keep strong.
