So when the Montana US Attorney sends a letter to law enforcement about how to imposed the USAG's proposal to treat parents like domestic terrorists, it would be insane to believe that the USAG's office didn't receive a copy or that someone in his office didn't read it. And if it's one of his direct reports, the USAG really should have read it when it reached his desk.

That would end a lot of the frustration parents are experiencing. Make school boards compete with private/charter schools for their funding...
