Yes, that is just messed up. If your kid tells you grandpa touched her in her private area and she basically wet herself. The kid is abused. As for the grandfather, he isn't the one. But someone else is framing him, so who has benefit to having fingers pointed at someone else. The father is suspicious at least. But I don't know who the other grandchildren are. Thing is many times sexual abuse is done by kids on other kids. And those kids often have been abused themselves. This might be a needle in a haystack unless the child really points the finger at the right person.

I had a neighbor whose daughter accused him of molesting her child his grandchild, he was 80 years old and spent near 8 months in the county jail before trial because he didn't have the money to bailout. Ultimately he was found innocent and she went ballistic when he told her to stay away for awhile so he could recover some, I felt bad for him and I could understand his anger.

My brother was in a situation once were his gf little girl about 5yo went to school and for some reason the teacher asked her class if any of them had ever been touched.well the little girl was like she had been by my brother.first off NO DAMN TEACHER should be asking stuff like that.they go to school to teach they are not child psychologist.if you think you see signs of some kind of abuse let the proper people know.dont take matters in your own hands yes you mean well.but you can do more harm than good.needless to say the cop who interviewed him said ive been doing this a very long time i know you didn't do this but we gonna give you a polygraph test just to see.he took it and passed it.the next day he was on a bus coming back home.
