Royalty free usually means no royalties ever but I've seen licenses that say royalty free up to a certain amount of plays or sales. It's really up to the copyright owner to decide. If the loop owner sells on a platform like Splice then they would have to go with whatever the platforms agreements are.

They spend like a week recording some instruments, slap some EQ high/low end boost, compression, and distortion, and suddenly those sounds are ‘their’ property for ever and ever, even if you buy them. As if boosting the high end and running everything through the OTT preset is some kind of artistic masterpiece. God I hate our music culture so much.

I think this Video was all for promo for this Kit that he mentioned in the video. He said that if you purchase the kit you're entering a "challenge" to get a possible placement with ThatMexicanOT. You had the chance to make beats with loops of the kit and send them to kyle and he would send them to MexicanOT. The Challenge lasted 2 weeks. I purchased the kit pretty early and now after A MONTH no update what so ever. Not to mention that the loops were not really fitting the style of MexicanOT.. (imo) I think it really was a scam and just used the "hype" of the video *we will see if anything happens in the future but I doubt it.. he aint even made a video about it yet.

I think this Video was all for promo for this Kit that he mentioned in the video. He said that if you purchase the kit you're entering a "challenge" to get a possible placement with ThatMexicanOT. You had the chance to make beats with loops of the kit and send them to kyle and he would send them to MexicanOT. The Challenge lasted 2 weeks. I purchased the kit pretty early and now after A MONTH no update what so ever. Not to mention that the loops were not really fitting the style of MexicanOT.. (imo)
