All the dear brother and sisters. I just wanna give a big shout to grammar hero. I failed my asvab a year ago specially in a math portion. I’ve been out of school for 7 years. I didn’t know have any idea how am I going to pass the exam. I didn’t even have a confident to pass exam even before a week before the exam. I was aware of this video but I was never interested watching it because it shows approximately 40mins video. But man when I started watching it and I understood so easily way better than those thick ass asvab dummy books. So yesterday I took the asvab test and I fucking pass the test brothers and sisters. Whoever are having hard time on the math portion both arithmetic and mathematical knowledge, I highly highly highly fucking highly recommend grammar hero videos.Not the same numbers but same concept of question will come in asvab test. I watched his video only 4 times and I got it right. Grammar hero thank you soooo much for the help man. Really aprreciate from the bottom of my heart.

I'm going to retake the ASVAB, I want to do UVA surveillance for USAF, and I needed a higher score on the general section. I haven't done this kind of math since 7th grade and I struggled on the arithmetic part. I've been studying and watching your videos, so I hope my score will be higher!
This video along with the Math Knowledge really helped me. I studied on/off for the past 2 weeks, and then my recruiter let me know within short notice that I would be taking it on the 22nd (today). Over the weekend, I crammed as much information I could as possible (don't recommend), and took your advice on taking practice tests. Everything you teach on here and what I decided to study was on the exam. Also, for the AR part of the exam, there are 30 questions, and you are given 75 minutes. I would personally say that it's the most time consuming part of the exam. You will definitely use your scrap paper. Become familiar with fractions, percents, ratios and probability. My recruiter has to contact me with my score, but I think I did a good job. Just wanted to say thanks!

I passed the AR subtest of asvab by learning from his video . This video is very helpful because the concepts in the questions will show up on the real asvab but structured in differently and also changing up the numbers helps too when practicing too All the best guys 🙌

Brian Knox well I’ve been told the only material you have to worry about is math reading paragraph comprehension and I think science because that’s what make up your military score the rest is for Your job.

Don't pick a job because it sounds or looks cool and do your research. Trust me I was a 13B and it was hard finding a job after the military.

I'm not learning for the ASVAB (I'm Canadian anyway), but hopefully this is useful. I've been a straight A student all my life, have a 121 IQ, and I am about to get my master's degree. But, I have always received Bs for math classes and I am just absolutely stupid and clueless when it comes to math word problems. It's baffling, I excel at everything else, but unfortunately not this basic skill.
You actually don't have to put it if you don't want, in my country we don't teach to put a cero but cause some people to get confused with not putting nothing there and leave a space some people put a cero, but you don't need it if you want but the idea is to leave a space went you start the next number. The book is nothing compared to the actual Asvab. Same thing happened to me . I felt so disappointed after ... but I hired a tutor and I feel so much better !! If anything try WYZANT if you need one on one tutor sessions . If not try these UA-cam videos! They help .
