I always jot down some sentences before meetings .. I even prepare a whole manuscript of what I am going to say in a conference for example, I am trying to switch from reading word by word to a more flexible rephrase-able version using synonyms, yet I have never been able to completely talk in improvised way without preparation! What should I do?
