With the 3 and 4 ability you would get 5% more dmg and if you also use pet ability then you woult get another 30% so yes however i just hond to hold right click so i dont have it on him xD you might se that threw alot of my «none meta builds

Is it the snow ball that comes out of the projectile that has the HD% or the projectile it self? or both i guess it’s hard to tell

Both do dmg. So if you shoot up you can make it rain on many enemies if you shoot into the that works aswell ^^
