I'm currently learning how to use the latest model of this scanner and I was told that when scanning the maxillary arch you also need to scan as much of the pallet as possible.
Like the fact that you use same fingers to retract then adjust your glasses, touch the mouse etc. Also there are other instruments rather than fingers to use. I would invest in some steri wipes Lordy

Would prefer trouble shooting. Anyone can figure how to scan the teeth.
