ya posterior is tricky... if st depress in anterior lead with pathological r wave u need confirm with posterior lead v7,8 and 9 for raciprocal changes...

I noticed as you wrapped up the discussion you added a 'S' to the 'PAIL' acronym. You didn't mention an 'S' when you introduced 'PAIL'. Can I conclude that if I noted STE in lateral leads, I should expect reciprocal changes in septal lead? In other words, is there an 'S' and does is represent septal leads?
