here's a tip Paul take two exposures with the 70mm and blend them together as a pano and crop

Shame about Siabod, it's been such a success. Before that opened there was the Snowdon Snowcap cafe just back towards Capel up on the hill, that closed too some years ago. Thanks for video, you've made me hungry now
we need a cafe in that space
Such a shame that cafe closed, I was there a couple of weeks ago and had planned my breakfast only to find out it was closed. I’ll miss that place :(

Many photographers, cyclists, hikers etc will mourn the passing of Caffi Siabod 😪😪Always called there when in the Ogwen Valley. I believe they have or are in the process of re-locating to Eisteddfa Coarse and Trout Fishery where there is a lakeside cafe. On the plus side it might mean that the Ogwen Valley is not quite as busy 😜

A real shame about the cafe closing. Been past it many times, and often wondered what it was like, but never stopped! I'll never know now.

Being a casual hobby street photographer must have changed my aura or something. Because, for example, the last time I was on a tube train three random strangers talked to me, then so did strangers in the pub. I'm giving off 'openness' :)

A pity about the café. I guess the building will now sit empty, plenty of those around here. Not helped by some local Village Community Councils (think Vicar of Dibley) trying to get road signs changed so that passing traffic doesn't come through, otherwise each small business just slowly goes under, to be replaced by 'start ups' by Yummy Mummies that last two years and then hubby gets fed up of paying for it.
Nice shots, but I guess this wasn't about the photography.
